Do I need a cover letter if I am only looking for entry-level work?

Answered By Ron Erolia

Yes, because it is the standard practice. Complying with the standard makes you professional and knowledgeable. Cover letters is an important part of your resume and a better one can make you stand out among competing applicants.

- Introduce yourself properly to the employer.

- Relevant Qualifications are highlighted and given due importance.

- Explain what your resume can't explain

- It shows that you make a research about the company.

- Exhibit your written communication skills.

- Persuade the employer to grant you an interview.
