How far back should I go with experience on my resume?
Answered By Ron Erolia
Experience sections of resumes demonstrate specifically what you have achieved during your paid or volunteered experience. An effective way of writing it is to describe your experience in concrete terms using language that presents you, as you would like to be seen. Clarification of results involving large numbers is needed because it impresses prospective employers. You need to decide what types of format you are going to use in the presentation of your experience. About ten to fifteen years of work experience is enough unless your fruitful work experiences are farther.
